Lost Coast Naturals is committed to a website that works for everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We build and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
01 What We Do
Accessibility is part of how this site is built, not an add-on. Current measures include:
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure on every page
- Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator
- Text and interface colors that meet WCAG AA contrast requirements
- Text alternatives for all meaningful images
- Labeled form fields with clear, announced status messages
- Touch targets sized for use on phones
- Reduced-motion support: page animations are disabled when your device requests reduced motion
We re-check these standards when the site changes.
